              This essay is about why forgiveness is important. forgiveness is something that you do for yourself. anger and hatred ends up hurting the one who hates. that is why it is said that "forgiveness is gift you give yourself." just because you forgive someone, it doesn't mean that you have to resume a relationship with that person. It just means that you are freeing yourself from the burden of bad feelings.
              Is it important to forgive ?On the other hand, forgiveness replacing negative emotions with positive ones. some research suggests that when married partners don't forgive each other for past hurts, they are less able to manage conflict in the present. Apparently adults who can't forgive their parents for may unconsciously transfer their anger to their spouses!
             How to for give a person? If you want to live a happy life forgive the unforgiveable. It really is the kindest thing you can do for yourself. Your enemy may not deserve to be forgiven for all the pain and sadness and suffering purposefully inflicted on your life, but you deserve to be free of this evil. As Ann Landers often said, "hate is like an acid. It damage the vessel in which it is stored, and destroys the vessel on which it is poured."
